Our 2-room apartments also show the personal style of our house: they are modern, cosy, inviting and tastefully furnished. The French windows in the living room open to the Kulturbrauerei, from noon to late afternoon the sun shines in and the apartments are illuminated in a warm light. Equipped with a big sofa, often as a pull-out sleeping couch for guests, its side tables, exclusive standing lights, a large flat screen TV, functional commodes and a cosy dining area consisting of a pull-out table with matching chairs, they offer a maximum of comfort.

From the hallway with wardrobe you reach the bathroom. The bathtub, equipped with a glass shower screen, the washbasin with a large storage area and the towel radiator provide the necessary cosiness.

From the bedroom you have the view of the green landscaped courtyard. In these rooms the sun shines from morning on. The beds, often made of leather, are 140x200 cm or 160x200 cm. The wardrobe is very roomy. Laminate flooring with a cherry wood look, some of which is also fitted with carpeting. The apartments are 43 sqm in size. The rental fee includes the cable charge as well as the cleaning of the apartments once a month.
