Our with much love and taste furnished 1- room apartments go either to the second backyard with morning sun or look out onto the first courtyard. Here the sun shows up in the afternoon. All rooms are painted in bright colours and the French windows allow a lot of light coming in. Each apartment has its own signature, the style is identical: modern, cosy, inviting, exclusive.

The accommodation has a 140x200 cm bed, often made of light leather, matching bedside tables with designer lamps and a wall-wide wardrobe. Two comfortable armchairs invite you to relax or watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The furnishing is completed by an extendable dining table with acrylic chairs in Kartell style. The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living area and completely white, will delight even cooking enthusiasts. Everywhere there is a laminate flooring in cherry wood look, partly also carpet. The bathrooms have either a bathtub with glass shower wall or a walk-in shower made of mosaic tiles in Piazza style. Of course, towel radiators and large washbasins with shelves are included. All fittings are from Grohe.

These apartments range from 33 to 36 sqm in size and are located between the first and the fourth floor. The rental fee includes the cable charge as well as the cleaning of the apartments once a month.
